How did I get to know so much about PCOS Weight Loss?

Well, it’s a long story, but to sum it up, of all the folks I’ve helped with different kinds of weight loss over the years, the personal stories of the women with PCOS have been particularly compelling. As a doctor, I get to listen to people’s most difficult moments and troubling situations.

Women with PCOS really struggle with the symptoms of PCOS, and work so hard to get their bodies to respond normally to patterns of eating, exercising, sleep and other lifestyle elements that other women get to take for granted.

Weight loss and weight management are at the core of the PCOS issues for most women with PCOS, so it makes sense to provide them with credible, reliable tools and resources so they can take control of their health and PCOS symptoms and get on with their lives.

I’ve also taught Continuing Medical Education (CME) for doctors and other health professionals around the country, focused on weight loss, weight management and metabolic balance at the cellular energy level.
